CES is looking for an experienced international FIDIC Supervision Engineer (f/m/d) for an ongoing project in Zambia

PROJECT AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Supervision of ongoing construction works approx. 65 km from Livingstone. Works include river intake, slow sand filter, reservoir, transfer and distribution pipes. Construction volume 8 million Euro. Tasks of the FIDIC Supervision Engineer shall be:

Assuming the role of the Engineer’s representative according to FIDIC
As Team Leader management of the supervision team
Monthly and quarterly reporting

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• M.Sc. or equivalent in civil engineering or a similar field
• At least 10 years of practical international work experience in the sector, preferably in Sub-Sahara African countries with similar
• socio-economic conditions to Zambia
• Experience in the administration of FIDIC Red Book contracts
• Experience with donor funded projects
• Experience in the supervision of construction of water supply systems
• Proficiency in the English language
