Profile (Short Biography):
Caroline Mwangi is the CEO and co-founder of the AG-Career Hub (www.ag-careerhub.com). While studying International Management in Germany, Caroline, along with other professionals, saw the need to create a platform to enhance academic and business relations between Kenya and Germany, build initiatives with universities, companies and organisations between the two countries and to mentor incoming students and young professionals. Caroline is also the co-founder of mitafrika, a Germany-based initiative that aims to bring together African entrepreneurs and German SMEs to contribute to sustainable mutual socio-economic prosperity between Africa and Germany. Caroline has since worked in Germany in the IT sector and business administration sectors and has extensive experience in business development, project management and human resources.
