About the 360° Alliance

360° Labour Mobility is a concept designed by an alliance of over 15 expert institutions, aiming at offering a holistic solution to the current skills shortage in Germany. Within the scope of the programme, the alliance team will be offering all-inclusive support to qualified skills from third countries, who are seeking for job opportunities in Germany.


The concept will be implemented in close coorperation with the involved stakeholders such as the countries of origin, the german government institutions, employers and migrantorganisations, in order to create a corerent approach and maximize the available potentials within Germany and in the countries of origin.
