Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for researching and identifying high potential opportunities by assessing the needs of the sales organization and developing an action plan that will drive sustainable sales for the business.
  • Clearly brief product, logistics, controlling, and brand teams with customer requirements, key visuals, campaigns, and forecasting for time to market projects.
  • Organize go-to-market strategies for product executions (revolutionary and evolutionary) by understanding the relevant user and dealer needs for specific channels of distribution.
  • Key role in elaboration of marketing-plans and implementation of marketing activities for all products related to Bosch Power Tools, specifically promotions and new product launches.
  • Drive category management approach and collaborate with sales team to help develop sell-in and sell-thru programs and promotions.

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of business experience, (cross functional team experience and experience in channel management are a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of B2B Power Tools marketing & sales processes, price management and user behavior at POS.

Characteristics and skills:

  • Persuasive, great communication skills, salesperson.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Initiative, creativity, willingness to take over leadership.
  • Right attitude, Independent and structured way of working.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Analytical and self-motivated.

Qualifications
Your competencies and qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, an MBA with emphasis on marketing will be an added advantage.
