Our Concept

Creating a strong professional network is indeed crucial for career development and growth especially to migrants who relocate abroad to grow their career. It's often challenging for young professionals and graduates who relocate to a new place to find their footing in the job market, especially if they lack certain technical or soft skills demanded by employers.

Diaspora initiatives play a vital role in bridging this gap by providing support and resources to newcomers. These initiatives often offer insights into the specific skills required in the local job market, facilitate connections with potential employers, provide access to training programs, and offer mentorship opportunities. By leveraging the experiences and networks of established professionals within the diaspora community, newcomers can navigate the job market more effectively and accelerate their career growth. They not only benefit individual professionals but also contribute to the economic and social development of the host country by harnessing the potential of skilled migrants.

We've achieved the milestone of establishing the largest network for Kenyan professionals in Germany. Within this network, we provide mentorship to new students and graduates, address skills deficiencies, and facilitate connections with companies and educational institutions. These professionals, who received their training in Germany, are currently employed across diverse sectors here. In alignment with our goal of fostering academic partnerships between Germany and Kenya, we've facilitated a collaboration between a German and a Kenyan university.
